My Step Son brought this home to me from the VA. Thank You Rich. It is from an American Flag. The paper behind it says it is from the Newport Elks Lodge #273 and the Boy Scout Troop #86, Cold Springs, KY.Hats off to these guys!!! What a wonderful way to dispose of a used Flag. I'm gonna try to give these guys a call and see if I can help. I know for sure I can find some Vets that would Love to have one.
